How do I book?
You can book an appointment online, through Instagram, or contact me on mobile.
Is there a wait time to book an appointment?
I recommend re-booking after every appointment to avoid wait times. Alternatively, I advise booking approximately 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. I sometimes have last minute cancellations, so keep an eye on my Instagram for availabilities. New clients are always welcome, so feel free to call, or message me.
What if I need to re-schedule or cancel my appointment?
If you need to change your appointment, no problem! Simply let me know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. Re-scheduling appointments is subject to availability... so the earlier the better!
How long does an appointment usually take?
Depending on your desired service, appointments can take anywhere between 1-4 hours.
What hair hair-care do you use?
I use Oway. It is a vegan-friendly and cruelty-free product line. I only use the best hair-care; free of all the nasties! My hair-care are available for purchase in salon. For more info, head to my Hair-Care Page.
Is there parking nearby?
There is street parking in Bond Street, Pakington Street, and the surrounding streets. Some have time limits so please be mindful of how long your appointments will take.
